By accessing or purchasing from RennStand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
All payments are due at the time an order is placed.
Prices for products and applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Once payment is successfully processed, ownership of the purchased items transfers to the buyer upon shipment.
Orders with declined, failed, reversed, or disputed payments will not be processed or shipped.
Shipping & Returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in those policies.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their destination country.
RennStand has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Shipping delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control and are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product Use & Safety
RennStand products are designed for automotive lifting and support when used properly and in accordance with provided instructions.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for:
- Proper product selection
- Correct installation and use
- Adherence to safety guidelines and vehicle manufacturer recommendations
RennStand is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RennStand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or use of RennStand products shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RennStand.
Force Majeure
RennStand shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or internet or utility failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, trademarks, logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of RennStand or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products, branding, or content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
