Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States under the following conditions:
- Orders that include from one to two RennStands: Flat-rate shipping of $29.99.
- Orders with more than two RennStands: Shipping increases by $29.99 per additional pair or portion thereof.
- Pad-only orders: Flat-rate shipping of $9.99 for orders containing up to 8 pads, and increases by $9.99 per additional 8 pads or portion thereof.
These flat rates apply to standard domestic shipping only.
Orders Outside Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders that exceed the quantities listed above, contain special configurations, or require non-standard shipping methods may incur additional shipping costs.
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated separately.
International Shipping
International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and fees vary by destination and order size.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available
- Customers may also contact us directly for a custom international shipping quote
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping timelines for international orders may vary due to carrier and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we work to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
