Refund policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of RennStand products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.

Warranty

All RennStand products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
  • If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage from shipping and we will send a replacement.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you decide the product isn’t right for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@rennstand.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once approved.
