Refund policy
We stand behind the quality and performance of RennStand products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.
Warranty
All RennStand products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
- If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage from shipping and we will send a replacement.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you decide the product isn’t right for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@rennstand.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once approved.
